Why are all of my logs showing 'Private'?	Top of Page
Our website will record an entry every time someone visits your Myspace profile. If the visitor is registered with our website, their name and picture will also be seen. The more people registered with our site, the more names and pictures you will see. This is why it is important to tell everyone about us!

Why can't I login?	Top of Page
Make sure you are using the login and password you chose when you signed up with our site. If you don't remember your login and/or password, you can have this information emailed to you by going here: Get your login information

When I login, it shows me someone else's Myspace picture, why?	Top of Page
The picture you see is pulled from the Myspace profile you provided us when you registered. If you are seeing someone else's picture, you might have accidentally typed in the wrong Myspace ID when registering. The easiest thing to do is to login, delete your account, and re-register with the correct Myspace ID.

When I login, I don't see any entries from visitors	Top of Page
If you have the correct code snippet inserted into your Myspace profile, you should see entries in your log every time someone visits. If you do not, login to our site and click on 'code snippet'. Make sure this is the exact code you have inserted in your Myspace profile. You can test it yourself by viewing your own Myspace profile.

What do I get if I upgrade to Platinum?	Top of Page
Upgrading to Platinum will make you invisible to other people tracking you. This means when you view someone else's Myspace profile, they will not see an entry in their log for you. They will see that someone visited, but it will show up as 'Private' in their log. Upgrading to Platinum is $4.99/year.

The easiest thing to do is login, delete your account, and re-register with the correct Myspace ID.
